课程介绍

一、考核内容：

国家强制的化妆品配方设计基础知识及操作技能，主要内容包括：

1.化妆品原料辨识与筛选；2.化妆品配方设计及开发；3.化妆品配制生产制备；4.化妆品质量检验与评价方法。

二、鉴定方式：

分为理论知识考试和技能操作考核，理论知识考试和技能操作考核均实行百分制，成绩皆达60分及以上者为合格。

三、报考等级：

证书分为初级化妆品配方师（五级）、中级化妆品配方师（四级）、高级化妆品配方师（三级）、化妆品配方技师（二级）、化妆品配方高级技师（一级），由国家人社部统一颁发，无须年审，终身有效；联网可查，全国通用。
四、报名方式：

提交报名表、学历证书复印件等资料给考评老师审核，审核通过发上课通知指定地址与时间安排先培训后考试.
