英语词汇分析"Too"VS "Either"

　　和朋友聊天的时候我们经常会说
　　“对对对！我也是！”
　　那英文是不是就变成了
　　“Yeah! Yeah! Yeah! Me too!”？
　　怎么了？
　　这话没毛病啊~
　　那我们用这段对话感受一下：
　　A: “Do you like Japanese food?”
　　B: “Yes, I like it.”
　　A: “Me too. But I don"t like Italian food.”
　　B: “Oh, so do I!”
　　
　　怎么说呢？
