报名大专的考生要求前置学历是高中毕业或中专毕业或初中毕业满3年者；报考本科的考生要求前置学历是专科或以上学历；报考医学类大专的考生要求前置学历是医学类相关中专毕业生；报考医学类本科的考生要求前置学历是医学类相关专业专科或以上学历并持有执业助理医师证书或医师证书者。

吉林医药学院函授报名步骤说明：

即日起至9月之前到吉林省函授站登记报名领取考前学习材料和视频学习资料。考生在工作之余开始复习。9月中下旬教务处老师会通知考生到教育局现场照相。10月底参加全国统一入学考试。11月中旬查询考试成绩和录取结果。次年1月函授站教务处通知考生办理入学领录取通知书交第.一年学费。次年3月中旬到3月底高校在国家教育部学信网公布大学学籍。
