【化妆品无添加防腐剂、不含防腐剂、不使用防腐剂】 的说法，是真或假？

“Cosmetics preservatives-free, no-containing preservatives, or no-use-preservatives” is this saying true or false?

化妆品广告，讲究的是「符不符合政府规范」，而不是讲「真相」。你想知道的是真相，还是广告？ 

Cosmetics commercial advertisement is censored in the way of the claims conforming with the legal requirements, but not look at the truth. You want to know the truth, or you want to believe in the commercial?

 全球主要国家与地区（指中国、美国、加拿大、日本和欧盟等），对化妆品使用的防腐剂种类与用量进行定义与公告的，加总起来约有110个。

There are around 110 regulations and official announcements in the worldwide countries or areas.

 台湾新版公告（2017.2）的防腐剂，由原来的47个新增到69个。

 所以，110－69＝41。在台湾若选择的是漏网之鱼的那41个，就可以被卫生局允许「光明正大」的说「不含防腐剂」。

Based on the latest release of new edition in Taiwan (2017 Feb), official listed preservatives increase from 47 to 69.

So, 110(worldwide) – 69(Taiwan new edition) = 41

Which means, 41 is something in the legal grey area, where local health authorities can allow the brands to ambiguously claim what-so-called preservative-free.

所以，您还认为真的存在「不含防腐剂」的化妆品吗？

说穿了，都只是「因地制宜」的说法。

In fact, all is contingent way of saying

你必须明白：化妆品配方，一定存在「防腐相」，只不过「防腐相」不等于「要加防腐剂才能办到」。

你必须理解：「对皮肤没有刺激性或所谓的安全，并不是以有没有含防腐剂来认定的。」

你必须清醒：「不含防腐剂」只是一种「地区性」被允许的说法而已。

So you’ve got to understand, there definitely exists “the need to preserve”, yet, “the need to preserve” not necessarily have to go thru’ “adding preservative”

 You have to understand: “what-so-called allergy free, or what-so-called “safe-to use” cannot be judged merely by preservative.

You have to be aware, “preservative free, is nothing but a locally permitted decorating words.
